I'm Vic and I love yoga!


I have practised yoga for over 20 years and have found that it has helped me control dealing with stress and anxiety, it has also increased my flexibility and strength.


I love to teach too. I am a Secondary school teacher of Food and Nutrition, a fully trained Adult Yoga teacher and a Teen Yoga Foundation teacher. I trained to be a yoga teacher, as it has helped me so much  in the past and I wanted to pass on my love of yoga and help others to reap all the benefits it brings.


I would love you to come and join me on the mat.
